Mr. Byard's 2021 Reading Challenge:
Mr. Byard has challenged himself to read one book a month all year long! Can you challenge yourself to do the same?
In January, Mr. Byard read The Short and Tragic Life of Robert Peace. He said it was really good and a quick read.
In February, Mr. Byard read The Island of Sea Women. He said it was really good and plans to recommend it to his mom! He also read Greenlights and enjoyed it.
In March, Mr. Byard read American Buffalo and said it had some great history and it was also a great story.
In April, Mr. Byard read Papillon by Henri Charriere. He said it was a great adventure and really entertaining.
Mr. Byard also read Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell, an author he highly recommends.
In May, Mr. Byard listened to A Wolf at the Table while he was traveling to Wisconsin. He also read Be Water, My Friend: The Teachings of Bruce Lee. He had a great tip for finding time to read, read while you are in the car going to sporting events or while you are waiting at the field. Great ideas for sneaking in some reading time!!
In August, Mr. Byard read The Glass Castle and highly recommends it!
Mr. Byard read Training Camp by Jon Gordan. He highly recommends any book by this author!
